I received this question from someone in a chat room I occasionally visit.


“Could you translate this video (From Carl). I expect that this guy is cramming too much into 7 minutes and that someone that was up on the issue could understand.”



I told him to read my latest Rant below:

Also go to ResetUS.us and read the "From Jeff- Port Support" posted yestrday. He says the Union workers are still working.Makes sense to me. Before they had a contract with the City Of London. Now they have to contract with the US NAVY or Marine corps.


The deep state is putting out the narrative it is a union strike that is the problem. I may post more in the morning.

A lot of fraud by a lot of countries and people have been committed over the years.


Old scores are being quietly settled in the background. The world reality is changing.The banks and governments are collapsing now.


You are seeing the settlements of global giant bankruptcy settlements.


It is about to show itself to the world, probably October thru November, best guess.


The Vatican and the City of London own and scam off the Unites States. The City of London is like the Vatican.The Vatican is not a part of Italy. The City Of London is not a part of England. Our Washington DC is not part of the US.They are all Financial Systems the control the World. That is who we are (our Military is) fighting right now.


They are all insolvent and ready to collapse. London (the Queen) has been getting all funds raised by our beloved IRS. That might be why the Military has taken back our seaports, because of the fraud.


These organizations are ready to be laid to rest now but the Military can't complete the job until the American people stand up and take control. That is why we continue to watch a horror **** show going on, why we are held in collapse trajectory.


When a government like our bankrupt corporations fold from lack of money, the military steps in to calm the streets. If they fail to give the country to a new government and hold it too long, the generals are guilty of Treason because now it is a Junta. If they intentionally steer it towards their favorite, that too is treason. The new government must be grass roots grown.


The military approached the group trying to Re-Inhabit the Republics (fed, state and counties that became corporations) Republic For The United States for one reason only. We already own the land the corporate government is standing on! No one else can lay claim to it. My wife said the next time she caught me picking my nose she was going to break my finger. It hurts to type. I suggest you read the two files at the end to better understand the land thing.


The military is waiting for the Republics to "Stand Up', meaning to take back the land from the dead squatter corporations. To do so, the seats of the dormant Republics (pre-Civil War) must be filled and ready to run the country. We have to prove we are ready. No one else can do this but our organization.


Today we are used to a top-down, central government run by insane idiots we never really elected. Before the Civil war, the fed was run by sates who were run by County Assemblies. That was what our Civil War was really about as the Fed was overstepping the States' bounds.


Before the Federal Republic can Stand Up, the 50 States must stand up. For the States to stand up their counties must have Assemblies formed and running. Their first job is to elect two delegates to represent them in their State Republic House of Representatives. Once the House is filled they can vote to enter the Federal Republic and fill it up with Senators and Representatives. Now the Republic machinery is running.


What Assemblies need immediately is warm bodies sitting in those seats.


Once the corporate governments collapse, we will all stand up, take the land and hold real elections in 4 months. This goes all the way down to county level elections.


After that the Assemblies will remain in operation running the County. They will be the pool for juries of De Jure Grand Juries. Now the people can convene a Grand jury that is higher in power that the ones called by the County or state.
