Jim’s Daily Rant. The Power Of Our Mind; Our Collective Minds to Inter-Galactic Expansion.

Humanity is in the midst of learning of the power of our minds – and our collective minds.

Let’s start with a simple Mind Experiment, #1.

Let’s assume we live in the year 1775, one year before our American Revolution. Let’s assume we knew both Paul Revere, a silversmith, and Benjamin Franklin, a known scientific experimenter.

Then assume the two of them were in a tavern and sketched a diagram of a small contraption with levers on it in which one could push slightly down on one and it would strike an inked hammer making a mark on a piece of paper and then slightly move the paper preserving the mark.

A few days later Revere excitedly shows you a working prototype of the mechanism he crafted out of silver. How would your mind accept that new concept? Just think about it for a second.

You initially wonder what his excitement is all about – a simple ink dot on a piece of paper, then a string of four dots on the same parchment. What’s the big deal you might wonder?

Until a “Type Writer Machine” would come along, if you wanted to send ten messages alike, one had to write it long hand and then take it to a printer. With a type writer, one could write three copies at a time, and then later hundreds to thousands at once. Just imagine what such an idea could do for humanity, if enough people accepted that thought?

Let’s Do Mind Experiment, #2.

You are a baby chick encased in a constricting shell. You feel the urge to peck your way out into an unknown. Do you act on that impulse or play it safe and do nothing different? If a chick waits until the egg is opened for it, it is too late and it will perish; the mere act of pecking its way out strengthens it for its new world.

In my personal experience, I am a recovering Catholic. I am highly spiritual but am not religious.

I do not pray; I occasionally command the Universe which to me is similar to prayer.

My method of “praying” is to connect directly with the Universe (ether) through meditation.

Perhaps there are many ways to intentionally connect with the higher world. But I do believe it must be intentional. It cannot be done for us.

But alas, humanity was unable to vision the type writer in 1775. Humanity had to wait another

92 years later in 1867. We now are on the verge of becoming Inter-Galactic. Will we delay that another few hundred years because we are too afraid to open our minds collectively today?

We cannot ascend until we intentionally open our minds.
