Jim’s Daily Rant. Kaitlin and Sophie Again. Part III – Now The Shock and Hurting.

All breakups end with the three “Ds”: Depression, Doubts and Diarrhea. Kaitlin, Sophia, the Heat and Indiana will go through this as well. Again, this is Organizational Change. Anyone who has survived divorce understands this well. Companys that reach the top and then lose it due to change goes through this.

I once had a Law Professor who went through it when he and his law partner closed shop. It destroyed him for a year. He actually did construction for a year before returning to law. He went through all the symptoms of a divorce.

The two Prima Donnas will have guilt of abandoning their team and leaving it trashed. The team will have anger then slowly doubts about if their actions may have contributed some to the loss. Management will have doubts about their decisions for years to come. All of them will beg their Pharmacist for that little white pill. This is nature’s way of an Exit Interview, the self help version. This is where we learn who we are, who we now wish we become in the future, where our Ego (who we are) reconciles with our Id (who we think we are).

I am sorry that I have to point this out now but feel compelled to as we move into the Collapse and perhaps the 5^th Dimension Reality. I have to because we all will be going through this process as we go through our own personal Organizational Changes.

We will be abandoning old friends that can’t keep up as some evolve, or vise versa. We will be leaving other organizations such as jobs, churches, governments we once supported, professional associations, ETC. We may even contemplate our leaving households in some manner.

Sorry folks. But this is a part of big Organizational change; a necessary step so we can look back and live with ourselves and the decisions we made.
