Jim’s Daily Rant. Interesting Mind Experiment Raised.

I was just reviewing all activity today and reading my rants as well as Dear Jims of the day, before I retire.

Jeff may have raised an interesting mind experiment. He said:

“If you CAN pay your taxes and choose not to then there is no emergency since there are no consequences in the next few seconds, minutes, or hours. You had a good long while to think about it. Premeditated and a conspiracy if partners are involved.” [Emphasis mine] Source

This is a great assumption to start with, that an emergency is restricted by a timeline. Most Interesting thought.

Now for the Mind Experiment.

Assumptions and Facts:

1) I have mentioned before the book I read that was a compellation of journal entries by those on Normandy Beach on D-Day.

One such entry was from a 12 year old French girl that lived there. Her Dad deduced the invasion would begin on his beach and would occur on Full Moon night. For three months he cleaned and prepared his family slip-trench bomb shelter. He installed food, clothing and water on full moon nights.

On Jun 6th, the bombing forced his family into the shelter in their bedclothes as his home burned.

2) I have mentioned Human Law, that we all have inherently within us.

Under Human Law, we each have the right and duty to protect ourselves and our family.

Mind Experiment #1

1) If Dad foresaw Jun 6th activity three months before, was it still an emergency to all on the beach? Was it an emergency to all but Dad?

2) If he though he deduced it but really felt it from intuition, would that make an Emergency difference?

If he received a vision from one of Clif’s premonitions we all get, would that make an Emergency difference?

Mind Experiment #2:

1) Under Human Law, If Dad foresaw the possibility of an Emergency, can he still prepare under Emergency Common Law even though he suspects it? Remember, he doesn’t know if it is for certain or not.

2) Under Human Law, If Dad foresaw the possibility of an Emergency, does he have the duty to prepare under Emergency Common Law even though he suspects it? Remember, he doesn’t know if it is for certain or not.
