Doesn’t it make you wonder why the Solicitor General waited until now to issue his Public Notice?

Why would he shut down all those Agency Courts now leaving the Agencys in turmoil as to how they will proceed without their own Judges? I say without because after the announcements this week, all of their surety bonds will be revoked leaving them personally responsible to their defendants for fraud in every case they hear.

How long can the news of the closed courts be ignored by the MSNM? This is not a fuse you light willy-nelly – there’s got to be an explosive not far down the line.

Could this have been done to get those Agencies to give up fighting and to slip silently into the night, as the end is here?
