Jim’s Daily Rant – Fed. Solicitor General Shuts Down All Illegal Agency Judges And Takes Them Back To Common Law Courts, Including The IRS; Begins Ending Lawfare.

Yesterday’s International Public Notice: Notice from the Solicitor General. basically says "the President has the right and duty to shut these courts down and recoup the damage they have done". That notice forbids the Department of Justice from defending the illegal Administrative Law Judges (ALG) and their courts from suits by the American public. It’s impact is to bring those courts back under Common Law.

To understand this, you must know two things.

Several federal agencies have administrative law judges (ALJs) who follow administrative law. These include the Department of Agriculture, Department of Education, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Department of the Interior, Department of Justice, Department of Labor, Department of Transportation, Environmental Protection Agency, Federal Communications Commission, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Federal Labor Relations Authority, Federal Maritime Commission, Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission, Federal Trade Commission, International Trade Commission, Merit Systems Protection Board, National Labor Relations Board, National Transportation Safety Board, Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission, Office of Financial Institution Adjudication, Securities and Exchange Commission, Social Security Administration, and others.

It also involves the IRS: IRS Judge and Administrative Law

The next thing we must understand is does the Solicitor General have the power to tell the DOJ what it can do and not do?

The answer to that is “Yes”. This is the 4th highest Justice in the land. He is the gatekeeper as to what cases are to be heard by the SCOTUS and what cases the DOJ can initiate and what cases they cannot defend the government from, simply put.
