The main issue is for the elite to maintain power and increase it if possible. One way they've used is control the food supply. This makes even fiat money more valuable. Since they control the weather through doppler stations, the DS can limit water as well and use it as a weapon (100 days continual rain in China). Then they've used a virus and vaccines to kill their citizenry and fleece them at the same time. How about a war? It was Iraq, then Afghanistan, then Ukraine. People don't revolt during conflict most of the time. Soon the war will be about digital government money which will be another nail in the coffin which by the way already looks …
