Both state laws require platforms to explain their content moderation decisions, a mandate the platforms consider to be overly burdensome.
[It appears to me the Supremes are taking it back to Contract Law.
The platform must publish its rules clearly up front. If the platform violates those rules, they must then pay damages.]
