The ResetUS conclusion is a bit early, not that it won't happen.  The SCOTUS case was "remanded" or sent back to the previous lower court for trial.  The lower court will likely stay between the lines drawn by the SCOTUS opinion.  Gotta wait and see what the final ruling is...
