P. S. To My Rant Today. They Tried To Bushwhack Trump.

I was informed that "page 5,893 nullifies the president's use of the insurrection act...doesn't nullify the act itself."

My gut reaction is that in the normal world the President can invoke the Insurrection act and the courts have no say in that. However, it it were made somehow into a contract clause, then the courts can have jurisdiction under contract law.

It's a trap.
