Only use the CBDC only sparing when you absolutely have to.

Run everything up on your credit cards instead of using cash or CBDC.

And absolutely, do not make any payments on credit cards, mortgages or any bank payments. This puts the pain on the Banksters. Remember you can skip 3 or 4 mortgage payments then catch them up and not pay again for 4 more months. Fuck the banks!
