Note From Jim:

Yesterday and today I have noticed that most non-Youtube podcasts by Alternate Media folks will not play under Firefox. Firefox is squeezing the speed down. My advice is to load an alternate non famous Internet Browser other than Firefox or Chrome. I use Linux and rely on Opera (free). It also works for Windows.
