The biggest thing he suggests is if VP Harris can get 8 of Biden’s 15 Cabinet Secretaries to sign statements that Biden is unfit for office then copies are sent to the House and Senate; Biden is then out (no vote required).

If the Military steps in before Harris is sworn in then the Military can take control without it being a coup. In fact there is no Commander In Chief when the military steps in. This would be the opportune time to take back the country. link
