In Clif’s last podcast, Chrono Woo, towards the very end he asked a radical question of what if all the ships backlogged off the West coast was done to bankrupt China? Wow! What a hellova question.

In his usual brilliant style he points out that the merchants don’t get paid until the merchandise is delivered onshore. And don’t forget that the freight costs are on the shipper. Is this an asymmetrical war move to starve out China?
