Jim's Rant For The Day. New Leaders Needed.

Tuesday I signed my Grand-son up for the Boy Scouts. Being a former Scoutmaster I know how demanding the job is and can only imagine how discouraging it must be after lawsuits and publicity caused by some pedophiles that crept into their system in past years. But I also appreciate the need for their leadership training for the boys. Below is an Email I sent to his Scoutmaster yesterday.

I have spent half of my adult life as a futurist, researching and preparing for what we and our world are going through now. I dropped out of the work force at age 50 to play a very, very small part in restoring our Republics and Constitution. We are now in a great quiet war over this issue today. It all comes to a head soon.

The purpose in sharing this with you is to thank you for the great work you are doing now for our country. Everything that I know points to the same outcome for your troops. They need all the effort you can continue to give them.

If one side wins the war that will result in an immediate vacuum of leaders in our country. This will mean work, family, civic and both leaders and good followers in all societal endeavors. Where most leaders do not ascend to their positions of leadership until their thirties, your troops may find themselves fast tracked by necessity to leadership in their early 20s. And as you know, leadership preparation is more experienced than read. This is why your training endeavors are more important now than ever before in history.

On the other hand, if the other side wins the war, there will still be a great vacuum of current leadership, but due to another reason. So no matter how this quiet war ends, your troops will be up to bat by the time they reach their early 20s.

I know how hard it is to run a troop and the energy that it pulls out of a person. But my prayer Is that you continue to give it your all for the future of (the) US.

Thank you for your work.

Jim’s Rant For The Day. P. S. on the Bank.

My wife went for her appointment to withdraw cash this morning. She got it. She said that the building is empty of the prior ten employees except for one teller, one vault teller and one other lady
