Jim’s Rant For The Day. My Famous City.

Last night I attended my first County Commissioners’ meeting. I was most impressed at all the citizens that showed up and spoke indicating the citizens were now awake and were intending to tend to their business and not allow anymore of their rights to erode.

Although that was heart warming and why I attended the meeting it is not the point of my rant today. I learned what a wonderful city I live in!

I heard about a recent graduate from a theological college who came here last week to preach from the main street intersection. He held up his bible and shouted out “Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.” Blap, he was hit by a rock. He then shouted out “Oh dear god, why did I have to pick a city with no sin at all?”
