Jim’s Rant For The Day. Kicking The Can That Kicks Back. (With Update)

On the surface our fabulous Congress once again appears to have kicked the can down the road by agreeing to a Continuous Resolution to fund the country outside of a budget until mid February. Therefore, nothing in our country has changed, or has it?

I suggest it has. This week the Federal Reserve announced they have lost control of our financial future. Translated this means the hyperinflation is upon us. Nobody in their right mind wants to get behind hyperinflation, they want to be able to raise prices before it hits. Clif High hinted at this.

By kicking the can again all current federal contracts are to remain in place at their original terms. Yesterday a headline discloses lumber prices have increased 30% in just two weeks. Look at the projections for food prices for us little people. What will be the impact on food suppliers to the Fed?

I doubt the current Federal contracts have hyperinflation contracts in them. I believe Clif was right in predicting the major Fed contractors are going to raise hell by losing to a government that is creating the hyperinflation all while not compensating them so they face tremendous losses. The contractor’s lawyers are going to be busy this weekend. They are not going to settle with a wink by a congressman to be taken care of later. They will demand a contractual guarantee and those MUST BE in writing. The fear of hyperinflation will be the kill shot.

Then let's not forget the Feds are requiring the contractors to lay off half of their employees due to Vax Mandates. To contractor officers this is madness to manage your profitability in these times without updated contracts that offer comfort clauses for their fears.

Your thoughts?

There might be a lot of contractors that will not renew just to lose money . If they continue on a contract they will lose people due to mandates or would be cut from the payroll anyway to trim costs. The government is shooting themselves in the foot. Intentional?
