I was a devout Catholic and attended 12 years of Catholic schooling. But towards the end I began reading. I was disturbed about the Crusades that was about the revered Holy Lands that were actually about trade seaports and real estate.
Then I learned of the Cathars of Europe that were wiped out by the Vatican. I understood it was done because they didn’t believe that god had a planned life for them, but rather they were co-creating their life with god. I think that put me over the edge and eventually finished me off. I still believed in Christianity but no longer its human leaders.
Catharism . . . "the pure ones"[2]) was a Christian quasi-dualist and pseudo-Gnostic movement which thrived in northern Italy and southern France between the 12th and 14th centuries.[3] Denounced as a heretical sect by the Catholic Church, its followers were attacked first by the Albigensian Crusade and later by the Medieval Inquisition, which eradicated them by 1350. Thousands were slaughtered, hanged, or burned at the stake. Source
Then in yesterday’s Clif High's post Self Serve Reality. Awareness is THE key. I learned more.
He states that the Vatican genocided them because they were proficient in manifesting with their minds – co-creating with god. He also states that is why the Gospel of St. Thomas was not admitted into the bible by the Nicaean Councils because the elite rulers did not want people manifesting for their own reasons, only for the Elite’s purposes.
Clif’s post yesterday is a great introduction to manifesting for beginners.
