Jim’s Daily Rant. Why The Republic Needs Attorneys After the Reset.

Did you know that a septic line must drop exactly one inch per foot of run for it to work right? Liquids move faster than solids.
Then there is this:
“1/4 inch per foot is the minimum code. Technically outside the building, it can be a little bit flatter, depending on interpretation of the applicable code. Typically we design in percentages and this is a 2% slope. You don’t worry about separating liquids and solids until the slope exceeds 15%. Even then it’s more of a maintenance issue, and I wouldn’t worry about it. In general, the steeper your pipe is from 2 to 10% the better off you are.” Source
The point is shit don’t flow uphill. And not downhill without the liquids.

There are a lot of Folks in the Restore the Republic movements that feel we need to rocket all BAR attorneys out of the United States for life. Some say their allegiance is tied to England and thus do not belong here. ‘nough said about the reason.
Let’s just look at the logic in this plan. It takes years to train a mind to read and write legalese. One must develop an analytical mind for it. I don’t think many people are born that way; its something that must be worked on daily like building muscles. Then a lot of mistakes must be made in the early years of practice. Anyone who has seen the movie My Cousin Vinney surely can appreciate this.
The appreciate that anyone who makes at least one Dollar on legal advice must, by law, be a member of the BAR association. So the License is not a decision, it is required to feed one’s family.
So here we stand ready to rocket all of them off planet just because. Before we do this let’s consider testing the waters by shipping all the plumbers first and see what happens. All new septic lines laid without them will be wrong because no one left can understand the flow rate. That knowledge will be off-world.
In a few years many of us will be wallering in a world of shit and not know why!
If we return to Common Law, who will be able to learn it quickly enough, teach it and then discern when it should be used and not used? We need to be careful of what we wish for.
