Yesterday I saw this headline: The US is now allowed to seize Russian state assets. How would that work?
Today I posted this article: Russia To Seize $440 Million From JPMorgan.
The first article says that the US banks hold $5 Billion in Russian funds and can give it to Ukraine.
Now I suggest half a Billion is not the same as $5 Billion, but it’s a start.
