Jim’s Daily Rant. Where Are We Headed Now. Part II.

In my last Rant Flush and Peppermint. Where Are We Headed Now?I discussed Trump Bankruptcy Reorganizing our country in order to create a new economy.

To create a new economy post bankruptcy, several things must occur.

1) We must show the world we have a model future cash flow plan that we can maintain.To accomplish this we must discard all unnecessary expenses and waste. DOGE is doing this now.

2) We have to rebuild our credit rating and prove we don’t really need it.

     To do this we have to show proof of successful release from the loony bin, AA completion, given up transgender hopes and demonstrate stable family priorities. We have to completely escape Socialism and all addictions.

3) We have to attract foreign capital. This is accomplished by Step #2 above and by being the first strong new and improved economic system in the world. When we are the first real economy in hundreds of years,  we can drown in investment offers and set the terms for most of the world to follow us. If we say all Rail Lines must be 4’ 8””, suitors will conform.

4) We must return to our Republic roots of unfettered government interference in business. This began this past summer with the overturning of the Chevron ruling.

In a major ruling on June 28 [2024] in the case of Loper Bright Enterprises et al. v. Raimondo, the majority overturned a 40-year precedent known as the Chevron deference doctrine. That precedent required courts to defer to agencies’ reasonable interpretations where there are ambiguities in statutes. Source

 This ruling now allows us to shut down most government agencies.

About two weeks ago, the DOJ ordered all Federal agencies to make a list of any of their laws that are contrary to our Constitution. This is a huge and bold move, and quite unexpected by me.I always thought our soon to come County Assemblies would have to use DE Jure Grand Juries to overcome all those laws one at a time. This would have required several years. With the DOJ’s order, it can be done in a month.

5) Create new products to sell, new off shore business relations, new markets with new partners.

6) A genuine plan for no more warfare and foreign plundering. Peace.

As a long standing member in the Re-Inhabiting The republics movement I was beginning to feel our County Assemblies jobs were impossible for us to do timely because we are still untrained.

But now I see a much better future for us – Trump is doing all the heave work for us.

I see us as being hired to be the lawn maintenance company to maintain a multi- Millionaire's future home. Looking at the un-level horrible ground I might feel intimidated that we might not be able to provide the services needed. But now I realize he has a civil engineer and a ground moving firm with heave equipment to do all the landscaping. All we have to do is take possession of the completed project and maintain the lawns, pool, pond and bushes.

Trump will be handing us a new cleaned up Constitution and downsized Federal Government and all we have to do is maintain it. Thank god!
