If we assume everything is true that she said today regarding both the Med Beds and the Replicators, then that will be a major jolt to our current Economic system.
We will not need income to cover food purchases, household items, all small consumables such as shoes. Nor will we need medical care, pharmaceuticals, health insurance etc.
Not mentioned was transportation and housing. But that too can be worked around.
So the bottom line is gone is the need for a two family income is no longer required.
This is equivalent to "Guaranteed Basic Income".
Eventually, money will not matter that much if we choose it to be that way for ourselves.
