Jim’s Daily Rant. What Does The Human Animal Need To Be Happy? How will Post-Labor period unemployed persons gain money?

This podcast by David Shapiro - Post Labor Economics (2025), 122 Minute Video, is a long one that most of you should watch.

But because it is two hours long I will give you the most important information.The podcast is broken into 4 major sections.

Part 1 is introduction of Labor Economics attempt to look beyond the AI’s displacement of human labor on a broad scale, IE. good and bad, time periods, global reactions etc.

Part 2, begins at 38 Minute Mark. How will people obtain money to live?

Currently 80% of the US has jobs, but Post AI only 20% may have jobs.

Other countries have experimented with possible solutions that can be used.

Options are:

Work income and Company profit sharing. Guaranteed Income for just staying alive. Passive Income from investments, Property owned by individual, State, local revenue sharing or stipends, based on taxes on AI and Business taxes in that area.

Part 3, begins at 1.27 Minute Mark. What types of jobs might be lost and gained?

Part 4, begins at 1.42 Minute Mark. What will the human animal need to be happy in a post AI job displacement era?

Mastery of something that brings you happiness and recognition; Autonomy of your time; Relatedness to others. Social status, fun Etc.

What is not factored in this podcast:

A) In the 1970’s women filled the job market in mass out of economic need (money devaluation/inflation). Now they are trapped. Each family may be able to downsize to one member working per household.

B) NESARA and GESARA financial reparations are not considered being initially easing the shock of downsizing.

C) Job-sharing in the future. Less hours worked but at higher wages.

D) Need for money will be reduced by Med Beds as we will be healthy and may never deteriorate as we age.

E) Need for money will be reduced because of our ability to create what we focus on rather than being forced into needs and squaller due to the 3D Reality. Many will choose to escape that old reality and become truly sovereigns.

F) Impact of downsizing of our Republics and large Central governments hoarding over us leads us to our own controlled lives.

G) Cooperative living communities.
