Jim’s Daily Rant. Trump Must Have Read Upton Sinclair’s Book.

As I began to write this I was trying to recall why I read one of the most profound books in my life, The Jungle, because I never read anything assigned to me in High School, I was shocked to remember it was assigned in High School. It came to me when I looked up the history of that book a minute ago.

Sinclair published it in 1906 as a journalist’s expose on the horrors of health practices of the meat packing industry. The history part of it is that a few months later the US Food and Drug Administration was created.

Today there are look-up tables as to the amount of rat droppings that are allowed in our food, etc. But this is a long way from the early disgusting free-for-all occurring.

By now you are probably wondering what this book has to do with Trump, right? You are sure it has to do with Robert Kennedy Jr. being cleared for voting him into Health & Human Services leadership, right? Don’t forget that Clif High predicted that Big Pharma would take a major hit (I think) next week or so.

But you are wrong. As an avid fact-reader addicted to real facts and systems, I couldn’t put the book down. It was powerful, disgusting and a real look at some business methods. It changed my life forever.

But here’s the kicker folks, I can’t remember a single fact about that book except for one thing, and that thing is what changed who I am today. I am referring to the only quote Upton Sinclair is famous for (in my book):

It is difficult to get a man to understand something when his salary depends upon his not understanding it.

Now the Connection to Trump.

In yesterday’s Rant Left Judges Left Behind and the French Revolution, I said:

He says where we are today is that the left have infiltrated the Department of Justice to the point of 90% of the Attorneys there are Left, which will be a major problem for the new Attorney General Pam Bondi. They will fight her.

He says it’s harder to get rid of them, the Deep State Civil Servant lifers, than it is to get rid of cockroaches without using an atomic bomb. If you try to wait them out, that could take twenty years. We are now in I fight as to which direction humanity is heading, forward or backwards. We may be back to that horrible French Revolution period.

Well, low and behold, in today’s President Trump has fired all 93 federal prosecutors appointed by Biden, we can see what Direction Trump is headed in.

Trump did read Upton Sinclair!

PS. Upton Sinclair also said "Fascism is Capitalism plus Murder" We may soon find out if he was right.
