The first casualty of all wars is Truth.

In this war propaganda is more so and wildly used by both sides.

They are fighting for your mind.

For those that can't keep up,  they may suffer:

     Prolonged confusion and chaos;

     Lose while others are thriving post collapse;

     Temporary insanity;

     Death.

Both sides have the same goal - to keep you stressed, confused and ma liable to their way of thinking.

The easiest way to win is to focus on how you intend for it to end.It cannot be based on words of others or vague.  

It must be your own original thoughts.  Then focus only on that direction and remain calm.

Be preparing your extended family for that direction, even if you have to do it by yourself.
