Jim’s Daily Rant. The Street Cost of a Silver Dollar.

I use a simple method of monitoring the current Silver price.

I use JM Bullion to determine the price for one 2022 uncirculated Silver Eagle coin (1 ounce), purchased with a credit card.

Today the Street Price is $38.71. What is amazing is this is the first time I have seen the broker fee more that the ounce of silver. Today that fee is $19.44 (38.71 – 19.27 (minus the Wall Street stated silver price)).

Historically the Broker's fee has been around 15%. Today it is 100%. This is because there are only a few to be had. Wall Street bankers illegally slam the price down to $19 when actually the street price is somewhere around $38 each.
