When in my mid 20s I was tricked into becoming a Boy Scoutmaster.

When you are in charge of 25 boys running around the woods one if forced to learn quickly. One thing I learned to hang my hat on was the ole Sailor's adage:

“Red sky in the morning, Sailer Take Warning. Red Sky at night, Sailors delight.”

That has been around for hundreds of years and never failed me until now. For the past six months I have noticed a fallacy in that saying at least twice a month. Now mind you, I do not look at the sky every morning.

This morning I saw a bright red sky. Chances of rain published for today is Zero.

Just saying . . . . things have changed.
