I can only see two ways for the two groups to reprieve themselves from mutual suicide and leaving the United States in a lurch.

Option I: Resort to Forced Arbitration.

Both groups must see the madness of their conflict and realize the other party is not an “Evil Doer Usurper” and get over their egos due to an honest disagreement on how to skin a cat.

Each group will appoint one judge to the three judge panel. Those two appointed judges will then appoint the third judge.

The Issue and Decision will focus only on the original issue that prompted the break-up.

Each group will then present their cases.

Each group will commit their Best Efforts to the original group before the breakup.   The break-away group agrees to dissolve itself.

Option II: The Break-Away Group Goes Into Immediate Overdrive.

The Jim Geiger group is back to square one and most likely will never win the goal.

The Break-away group of 42 can possibly win the goal if they immediately go into overdrive and bring in an organizing leader.

This entails that they focus on their primary goal – to open their State Congresses and focus on training them to operate. This is their Proof of Product the Military needs to see.

The drawback to this is they must reverse their energy focus to now electing delegates to their House of representatives before playing the game of “Taking The Land” paper chase. If they still feel the need to do so they can do it after the counties have elected their Delegates to the House and opened that part of their state Congress. In an emergency such as this the Military will understand.
