Then allow me to share this truth with you.

I once read an article in a Newsweek Magazine about possible government overreach about 30 years back. Paramedics were summoned to a plant where a man was working on an excavated pipe. He was standing in the trench it was in when the walls of sand caved in burying him completely.

When the paramedics arrived they jumped in the ditch and uncovered his head, placed an oxygen mask on him and then proceeded to hand remove sand away from his chest allowing him to breath until more help arrived. The worker survived.

The problem arose when an OSHA inspector arrived and cited the construction company for not shoring up the trench sidewalls properly. He also cited the two paramedics for the same offense of not shoring up.

Now we are ready to talk.

I was shocked when I watched today’s podcast Trump Committed A War Crime & An Impeachable Offense By Bombing Iran - Scott Ritter w/ Judge Napolitano. I do not regularly follow Judge Napolitano but I often follow Scott Ritter. Why? Because Napolitano has to produce a daily show whereas Ritter posts when he feels he must. That to me makes Ritter more “honest” in his assessments.

Here is my take on that podcast. They both are staring at the situation too closely and seeing just what they were trained to see; Napolitano from the constitution and Ritter from Military doctrine. They both did their jobs. But sometimes one must risk going further than doing just one’s job. This may be just such a case.

We are now realizing we are in a world of several realities operating at once. Such as are we 100% operating under the Constitution, 0% or just somewhere in between. The answer to that is absolutely ”It depends.” Are we a republic or a corporation? Are we under Administration law, Common Law or Constitutional Law? This is hard to say because it depends on the court, the situation and who you are talking to at the time, doesn’t it?

Now let’s really complicate things. Is trump Just the Commander In Chief, or is he the CIC and the President of something at the same time? Do we really have a functioning legal Congress or are some of the members body doubles?

Is Trump at war with just Iran or Iran and the CIA, a crooked Congress, crooked FBI, crooked Atomic Energy inspectors, spies in the government and Military? Is the Men’s room attendant really a man?

This is the reality we are trying to leave that Trump is up against. This reminds me of the Western where the new Sheriff tries to force all the cow pokes to check their guns on the back table of the saloon when they enter. That improvement seems to be working well until the last arrival comes in pissed off with two side-irons unholstered.

Trump is the Apollo Thirteen engineers trying to solve an emergency by changing the system instantly from a square peg to a round peg. All the rules are out the door in an emergency.

Of course Napalatino might ask “What emergency.” I suggest the one in humanity’s attempt to escape from our controllers for several thousand years, perhaps with help from intergalactic aliens, all of whom may want to wipe out our species. We are in the process of changing our reality dimension.

Maybe in this effort to change our reality and save humanity there may be a need in all the confusion to step on a line or two. And why not, just look at all the bastards that have been stepping on all the lines just for fun and profit!

Come on guys, cut the President some slack. Try at least to seek what his goal was in risking something questionable. “Was it for personal gain?” might be a starting question.

An ending point might be to knock out the decades old problem created by the CIA of terror in the Middle East by Israel and Iran so the rest of the world governments can check their nuclear weapons at the door and create a world absent of contrived wars.

In closing I am reminded of the story of WWI Sgt Alvin York who single handedly captured 35 machine guns, killing at least 25 enemy soldiers and capturing 132 prisoners. He did all of this even though he was a devout conscientious objector. When asked why he killed, he replied “To stop the killing.”

Folks, we need to put things in their proper perspective here and not rely solely on a daily podcast show.
