Jim’s Daily Rant. SCOTUS To Rule On MAD Magazine’s Finner’s Fennageling Theorem.

To repeat again, as a teenager I trained myself in our culture my reading MAD Magazines as my textbook. Now SCOTUS is about to test the criminality of one concept exposed by MAD Magazine, that being Finner’s Fennageling Theorem, a math equation first published by them, although MAD is not a litigant in the court case.

Finner’s Theorum simply stated is:

“the number added to, subtracted from, divided by or multiplied by The Right Answer to give you the your desired answer.” Source

(Sorry, I was not able to Qoute the source because it is never spoken of in polite company.)

Allow me to sum the case up in the fashion of MAD Magazine.

1) The Federal and all state constitutions clearly state no personal property can be taxed.

2) All 3,000 US counties needed school buildings. So they got the good citizens to hold still while being taxed for them, under color of law (“UCOL”). UCOL is pseudo legal talk for we all pretend it’s legal, like drinking moonshine at a fancy funeral.

3) The School Boards floated Bonds every year to fund the school year and new construction. The taxpayers real estate was taxed accordingly.

4) The School Boards forgot to pay off the old bonds, so each year they needed to float bonds to also pay the interest on old bonds. For you non-bankers, this is the very definition of a Ponzi Scheme, or by it’s slang name of “fraud”.

5) Somehow the School Boards got cozy with sub-division developers of late to add their needs onto the bonds too, and keep a cut of the proceeds.

7) After many years it was determined that County Assessors were forced to not raise tax rates themselves, they now needed approval of the good citizens by their voting them to be increased. The School Boards were stuck with a Ponzi Scheme about to be revealed.

8) They were saved by MAD and Mr. Finner. Each year they would calculate how much the tax revenues NEED TO BE, and simply multiply Finner’s Number by the overall County Assessed property values by that rate, moving up house values across the board. Simply put, that is why a 200 year old Out House is now valued at a Half Million Dollars. It wasn’t because of the current prices of 2 X 4s.

9) Over the years, State Attorney Generals came out publicly and decreed they too like moon shine at funeral; color of law, you know.

10) Now we are about to see how SCOTUS likes funerals. Doesn't this kinda remind you of the fable about the Neked Emperor? The SCOTUS must rule that committing a defined criminal act by a criminal (county School Board Members and tax assessors) is indeed a criminal act.

If they do say it is a criminal act, all those bonds will become worthless in one day. By the way, they are held by pensions.

What, Me Worry?
