We should not be holding our breath until we see the result of this on Friday.
I feel sure the SCOTUS will rule in favor of the complaint and will then coordinate the announcement of their ruling with the Military so the country can be prepared for protests.
This will/may give the Military/Court time to formulate a plan of action in getting the train back on the track. It may give the population time to digest it all as well if they are given formal notice of the complaint then the ruling a few days after that.
