Here's a thought experiment for you. Let’s assume (made up numbers) that in the United States, today only 60% of working age adults have jobs.

Then assume that in a year new technologies begin to impact our world causing entire industries to collapse, such as banking, finance, oil and electric power generation, medical industry, colleges, health insurance, Federal Government jobs, military demands, etc.

Then assume that the number of jobs drop to only enough to employ 30% of the workforce today, or in other words, we will lose half of our jobs available today.

Question:   How will the rest of the working class adults (70%) live?

I say that when you can answer this question, you will see the future and know how to prepare your minds for it.
