He points out that VP Harris is not eligible to be president. The Congress cannot function until a new Speaker of The House is elected. It is being said that the Speaker is not required to be a Congressman.

Now if Biden was to no longer be President, and the Congress cannot elect a speaker fast enough and Biden is already half gone to the citizens, then isn’t this a great time for the Military to come in and reset the government?

I personally don’t think Trump will be selected as he doesn’t have the time nor patience to deal with Congressmen. But he can be sworn in March as President in an emergency election.
