Jim’s Daily Rant. Looking Back At The History Of AI.
Purpose and Method Of This Rant.
This will be original thoughts on the future of AI. Because it will be Original thoughts I received in a dream at 2:22 AM today, that I got as a psychic, it will be complex and need explanation for readers to see it for yourselves. This will require you to see the dream I got and how its translation played out. Therefore this Rant will be in several parts so you can understand it and decide for yourself its relevance to you.
Part 1 - The Long Necktie.
Part 2 - Edward Bellamy.
Part 3 - Track Record of AI To Present.
Part 4 - Birth Scope Of Its Reality.
Part 5 - Biggest Problem With AI.
Part 6 - Looking Backward From 2036
Part 7 – The Real Bottom Line Here.
Part 1 - The Long Necktie.
In the dream, I got a glimpse of a short man wearing a necktie too long for him. That was a memory of when I was studying for a Masters in Computer Science. It was the first night of Discrete Math class. Now mind you, I was in the Florida, the Deep South.
A black professor about 30 years old walked to the podium. He was 5 feet tall and about 110 pounds; quite handsome. When he introduced himself I about fell out of my desk – he spoke beautifully the Queen’s English. I had never personally experienced that from a Black person!
He introduced the class and its number, stated most students were Programmers and the rest Math Majors and the math was used to write computer programs that mimic reality, like forecasting where a hurricane will travel. The math produced a set of correct answers, not just one.
He then said it will be extremely hard so if you wish to drop the class for a refund of your money, you had three days to do so. It frightened me as I am not math gifted and had never taken college Algebra.Nor had I ever heard a warning to get out.
He then said that if you want a quick test to see if you belong here, let me give you sample question. If you can’t answer this then get out now. I broke out in fear.

The statistics problem was “if a very small country printed license plates containing only wo character boxes, one for Alpha and the other for numeric characters, what was the maximum number of original plates that could be produced.”
I breathed a sigh of relief as I knew the answer to be 260 (26 X10). Someone hollered out “260” and and he said “Wrong”. This happened about four more times and we were all just staring at each other.
Then he said in a rude tone. “I thought Americans were good in math. Where I come from, an eight grader solve this in his head.”
Finally a girl hollered out “OK, then tell us what we are doing wrong.” He went to the board, drew to giant boxes, and filled one with a 10 and the other with a 24. Then added “= 240”.
The insulted mob began hollering out that there were 26 letters in the alphabet not 24. The necktie turned around with his face sporting a big shit-eating grin on his face and scolded us with “I come from Cameroon, South Africa. Our Alphabet only has 24 characters in it.
When you write a program mimicking reality, you had better realize there is more than just your version of reality!”
He then lectured for 90 minutes on all the mistakes arrogant programmers make. I learned more that night that the entire semester.
After that night I came up with proofs of his statement on my own. How many doughnuts in a dozen? Ever heard of a Baker’s dozen, 13, in case one crumbles. Where were the first French Fries fried? In Grease of course. Did you know the Chinese alphabet has almost 3,000 characters in it?
I was left with the problem of how many realities must we plan for?
Part 2. Edward Bellamy.
Edward Bellamy wrote his amazing book, Looking Backward, in 1887. It was about a man that fell asleep and woke up in the year 2,000. He lived there about a week and observed the culture and technology. Then somehow he awoke back in the 1880s and tried to describe what he had observed.
It was easier for him to look backwards than for strangers to imagine on their own looking forward in a sea of possibilities.
Part 3. Track Record of AI To Present.
Artificial Intelligence was appeared in 1956, began early usage in 2000 and began leaping forward as funding appeared beginning in 2020. Therefore, its birth occurred in the Western world’s reality between 1956 and 2020.
Part 4- Birth Scope Of AI’s Reality.
This article is being written in late 2026. As Bellamy points out, it is difficult for most persons to imagine a long technological future ahead in terms of a hundred years. Yet here we are in 2026 and the experts cannot agree on the future of AI or even if it will open a large can of Whup-Ass and extinct humans in two years. Normal people cannot even predict AI in 10 years ahead to 2036, much less a hundred years ahead.
The scope of the Western Reality of 1956 was just after WWII ended and computers was just becoming a normal word.
In 2000, we were alone on the planet, with the entire planet in a 3 Dimensional Reality.
In 2026, Extraterrestrial races are being disclosed daily to us. Humans are no longer alone.
We are seeing that many humans have already evolved into 5 Dimensional Realityand many of our physics experts are supporting this as fact.
In 2000 we were digitizing everything we could imagine. This includes all things ever written be it right and correct at the time recorded or not, and accurate or believed correct today being unknown, as our experts get smarter every day.
I began studying computers around 1970. After I learned the word “Computer”, I learned the term “GIGO”. That stood for “Garbage In, Garbage Out.” It was a warning that once you accepted it as truth, it was there forever, truth or not.
Then I learned that programmers can program in their ignorance and biases, accidentally or on purpose.
Allow me to restate about GIGO and Biases. As a CPA, a fellow CPA once warned me that “If you computerize a poorly run manual accounting system, without cleaning it up first, you will just end up with a poorly run accounting system, running poorly faster.”
Part 5 – Biggest Problem With AI.
I believe that currently it does not have consciousness and ability to create original thought.
It can only use original thoughts of others.
For instance, it cannot take a race starters gun, and on its own, design a blank bullet cartridge that is triangular in shape, that will only allow the gun to fire if only a triangle bullet is placed in it. This prevents a real bullet from being accidentally fired.
If this had never been written about by someone, AI could never dream this up. AI can only read what others have written.
Part 6 - Looking Backward From 2036
Let Us begin with just one Necktie problem first.
Problem:
The 1956 through the 2000 scope of AI was for Western 3D Reality folks. A medical AI will have record basses for diagnosing the ailment and searching for treatment of the symptom, as this is the current Rockefeller medical industrial practice.
The current doctors have protocols to follow or they will loose either their insurance or license. Some symptoms are to be treated only but not the disease. Also they are slanted to the oil based medicines instead of other medicines.
Under 3D Reality we believe we are our bodies and it can fail on its own; we have little control over ailments in it.
____________________________
Now let’s introduce some 5D Reality Folks in 2026. They believe they are separate from their bodies and that when the body dies the soul around the body, being energy, continues on. Therefore, they believe they can focus their thoughts and control the health of their bodies. The body must follow their command.
Questions for Solution: Must a Capcha program be written before AI can be accessed to determine if the patient is human, and if so, 3D or 5D? If 3D, is the patient to be told of Med Beds or assumed they don’t exist? Will they be allowed information on non-Rockefeller treatments for the symptoms or can the disease be cured.?
Then there is the problem of sex. Is there 2 or 13?
Now we can write a good Capcha program with only one last possible adjustment to it.
The above Capcha program is just for Humans. Ten years from now we may have 216 Interstellar races here as well with possibility of many more later on when we host the Miss Universe Pageant.
Will we have to change “Human” to “Species” and have a drop down window for a billion possible species and races to pick from? If so, what languages should they be in? What alphabet characters will we need and how will they all be listed in alphabet order?
Part 7 – The Real Bottom Line Here.
Here in 2026 we Folks in the Western World have no idea who controls AI, where it is coming from or heading, or even if it is in humanity’s interest. Rumors circulate it was discovered in crashed space craft as a mental link for brain to machine operation.
I personally believe that 5D Folks will surpass failing governments and giant corporations and the 5D Folks will learn how to govern AI for humanity's future and betterment. That is our only hope of reeling it in so it can be of value to us.
AI is a tool we will need to integrate Earth with the Universe.
I feel everything is just the way it is supposed to be at this moment in time.
