Jim’s Daily Rant. Judge Wapner’s View From The Bench.

Just as I was sitting down for a law class, the Professor hollered “Costa”. As I looked up he threw a book to me saying “Read this". He knew I loved to read. I read it and was most impressed with it.

Judge Wapner retired from the bench and started the first television program “The Peoples Court” (1997) which gave viewers the workings of a small claims court.

In his book he told of his first real view of the Law. It was a large amateur painting of a dairy cow with two ranchers in overalls fighting over it; one pulling a rope around her head and the other pulling her tail. The front man was labeled "Plaintiff” and the rear man was labeled “Defendant”. In the middle of the picture was a man in a black suit sitting on a stool milking her. He was labeled “Lawyer”.

Wapner said all throughout his book, A View From The Bench, his best advice to litigants is to always settle out of court. You never know how a judge will decide a case and in the meantime the lawyers will get most of the money!

Today I watched the Podcast Link at the bottom of this post From Judy Katona - $39 Trillion Debt Is Gone.    It is an interview with a Retired LTC Tom Lennox. He said he was a Financial Controller for the military. This tells me he knows all about moving big money.

LTC Mattox was extremely knowledgeable of the reset financially and what we might expect. Towards the end of his interview he said that as a result of the new Quantum Financial System, there will be no wars. If someone starts a war their funds will be frozen globally.

Judge Wapner, I think the world heard you! Well done Sir.
