We left off with “Here is the crux of the problem in bringing up the re-inhabited Republic – what Constitution would each state and Federal governments use?“ This was the first problem I saw when I rejoined in August. Would the state return to the pre- Civil War Constitution or our current State Constitution? Both were problematic with one having to add 160 years worth of new passages to it and the second having 160 years worth of laws selected for removal.

This was no task for untrained volunteers to undertake. This might take years for Constitutional Attorneys in a formal Constitutional Convention to accomplish, no matter which direction was undertaken. Then after each state had its Constitution, all states would have to create or Ratify the Federal Constitution. That would take time. As I recall it took the original Constitution two years to be ratified by all original Colonies after it was written. Trump does not have that kind of time here.

The Military has only so many months to replace the bankrupted corporate government before the Generals are in treason for the delay in passing the hot potato.

Therefore, back in August I speculated that the Military Intelligence has taken the year or so needed to prepare a sample Constitution for each state and the federal government that can be altered and adopted easily. But easier than that, a new wider ranging Constitution can be held out by the Feds to entice Canada, Greenland, Mexico and others into joining us as well. This is much easier to sell as new countries would not feel they were colonized by the US if an entire new entity was created just for them to have parity.

This is what I believe the game plan is. Trump holds all the cards here except for one. This system must depend on County Assemblies and States to control it. Those assemblies are not in place now but should be/ could be.

That is why the education of these members is so important. They must be trained from the bottom up. Members must understand auditing government that was not taught to them by government, but rather by those that fear government. That is why my website will remain up as a teaching tool.
