It does and it doesn’t. I have not delved deeply into the Tartaria theory since I was a teenager, and that was just in passing. So I looked it up in conjunction with today’s post of 'HISTORY BREAKING INTEL' - A Can Of Worms Has Been Opened - What Did They Find Under The White House???
Per Wikipedia:
The Tartaria conspiracy theory posits that widespread layers of mud across the U.S. and other parts of the world are evidence of catastrophic "mud floods" that destroyed a technologically advanced global civilization known as the Tartarian Empire. Proponents claim these floods occurred as recently as the 19th or early 20th century and were responsible for burying much of Tartaria’s infrastructure, leaving only the upper portions of large buildings visible today.
A key piece of evidence cited by believers is the presence of doors, windows, and archways in 19th-century buildings that are now situated several feet below current ground level, which they argue indicates the structures were partially buried by massive mud deposits rather than gradual urban development. Some theorists also suggest that temporary structures from World’s Fairs, such as those at the 1915 Panama-Pacific International Exposition in San Francisco, were not newly built but were instead excavated and cleaned-up remnants of Tartarian architecture uncovered from beneath the mud.
The theory further contends that modern history has been rewritten to conceal this event, with governments and elites attributing the mud layers to natural or mundane causes. In some versions, both World War I and World War II are seen as deliberate efforts to destroy remaining Tartarian structures through bombing, compounding the concealment initiated by the mud floods. Thus, the mud across the U.S. is interpreted not as ordinary sediment but as physical proof of a global cover-up erasing a lost civilization from historical record.
How did these people build those buildings?
