Jim’s Daily Rant. Death of Biden; You Recognize Gold From It’s Luster.

This morning’s headlines had several articles about Biden having been executed in 2020 for Treason.

There seems to be glee that the Normies now must come to grips with that possibly being a fact.This will send more terror in the Democrats (and Republicans) from a legal point of view.

In my usual three mile morning walk I started thinking philosophically about this situation. My mind was filled with rhetorical questions such as:

• Is entrapment a defense in US military tribunals?

  
  

• If entrapment lasts a long time, when does the government become a co-conspirator by Aiding and abetting?

  
  

• Consider a wife covering for her husband for gain for herself. Can it be said that one political party gains by the entrapment being played over years?

  
  

• Is there a difference of Entrapment in criminal court for treason and Entrapment in a Military Tribunal?

• Is this why Trump repeatedly said “The Military is the only way”.

After my walk I did a search on the first question of “Is entrapment a defense to Treason in US military tribunals?” It returned this as the top answer:

In United States v. Vanzandt, 14 M.J. 332 (C.M.A. 1982) the court set out the two elements of subjective entrapment.

The suggestion to commit the crime originated in the government, and

The accused had no predisposition to commit the offense.

Folks, “there’s gold in them thar hills!”

There is a short video by Gonzalez & Waddington that really impressed me. I thought it would be a closer detailed explanation but, no, it was an advertisement for their law firm, specializing in, you got it, Military Tribunal Law!

I looked to see if they were in DC area but it didn’t pop out at me. They do have an 800 phone number.

In their video they say they are married to each other and are both former JAG Attorneys. They also say “We work together on all cases, all day long and at meals – we are focused.” To me this says they intend to “batch” their defense cases, possibly by sharing with other law firms to follow their leads.

The fact that they have an 800 number and popped up in my search as the first answer tells me they paid for their website to be there in the searches.

In my personal opinion is they see the liquid gold flowing their way. There is nothing wrong with this of course. But it's obvious they can’t wait for the feast to begin. They don’t have to win their cases, they only have to receive their Retainers.

I can just imagine them making love talking about the gold now! He may not have a golden dick but between them I bet they feel like they have one.
