Below is an Email I sent this morning to a group I met with a few days ago.

'Morning Folks.

I agree with you, XXXX, and your accomplishments. You have an excellent Marketing website.

Its purpose can be viewed as soliciting volunteers to storm the Bastille.

What I am asking is have you considered a second website ? A website to lead our counties after the Bastille has been taken?If we are all correct in believing the Bastille will be captured from the evil government possibly on March 31st, what are our plans as of April 1st in regards to cleaning up the inherited government?

On the morning of June 6th, 1944, the beaches of Normandy were taken. On that afternoon the Seabees were managing it.

I appreciate the "We" are just two Founders in each county but they can be giant "We"s, can't they?

The question I heard Tuesday was "How do we get members fast?"

Here's how. Develop a plan for the Assembly. Give it away for free on a website built in advance.On the day after the Bastille has fallen, disseminate it throughout the county.

Contact the county newspaper with a sample announcement already written.Send it to all the churches, civic clubs, Chamber of Commerce, county Administrator, Sheriff and fire departments.

Let both of your websites collect new members sign-up information. Book an auditorium and invite 'em.

In the meantime, does XXXX or any Florida Counties have such plans for how to use the Assemblies after the fall of the government?

Is there a purpose or agenda for Tuesday’s meeting?

If so can you share it with me.

If not anything pressing can I make a suggestion?

Warm-Up Exercises.

1) Before he carved the Statue of David, Michelangelo first had to imagine the finished statue, then order the appropriate size slab of marble. Then he had to vision David posing inside the block. Then he had to trace an outline on the sides of it. Finally he had to patiently begin carving David free of the block.

2) During the 1800s, square sailed warships had beautiful Captain's Quarters on them. They were his sanctum, his home, office and throne, all in one. It was his private space.

However, in preparation for a battle, one wall was completely removed, furniture unhooked and moved aside and cannons were rolled in for the survival of the ship.

XXXX linked me to your website. I assume I was to look at it. I glanced at it and assume it serves its purpose. That purpose is to bind the 4 of you together and define your purpose. With it hopefully it will be a rally point for prospective assembly members and founders like yourselves.

Therefore, I am satisfied that the website is complete today and fits your needs

But now I ask you this question, “What does David look like in the raw slab of your current website?

What will be the purpose of your County Assembly once you have 100 members?

I assume it will be twofold: Courts and managing the County Government.

Courts we can easily vision so lets not dwell on that facet for now. That then leaves us with just how will we see ourselves managing the County?

This is just what I see in my mind but don’t let me force anything on you. I suggest first of all we replace the word “Manage” with “Monitor”. The reason we can make this change is we will have elected officials managing the county just as we have today. They get the paycheck, let them do the work.

So now we can just monitor. But monitor what?

I suggest:

Budget preparations, progress made and spot auditing;Policies that suit the culture, aims, constitution etc.

That the politicians make the citizens feel they are being satisfied, as a community; the community needs are being met.

Become satisfied there is no graft, collusion, fraud or malfeasance / misfeasance by the professional elected staff.

If a need is not met, perhaps the Assembly can make a rough Proposal for a community need that might be considered by the professionals. The Assembly can be the gateway for the public to communicate with the professional staff. Their input can be presented in a polished Proposal.

The above is just a rough sketch. If the group were to work on this making additions and corrections on the final vision then the final step will be easy.

The final step is to prepare a website that no longer markets the organizing but rather the working vision. One that dovetails with the current county Organizational Chart so Committees can breakup and monitor their assigned areas of concern.
