He is salvaging its infrastructure: properties, existing Departments, Military and most of its lands.
He is setting up to return to the Republics we left dormant in 1871.
He is propelling us away from warfare and into a 100+ year advancement in technology. And in the process, seeking new partnerships around the world.
Don't forget that Trump has ordered a 40% reduction in the DOD budget over the next 4 years.
