Based on the assumption that the Dims are attempting to destroy California (and the US by extention), the loss of Chevron's refinery is one of Newsom's greatest successes as governor of Ca. It will make his citizens much poorer and depopulate the remainder. He is a Fabian communist and a very good one (depending on your point of view). The economic destruction of Ca is eerily similar in effect to the bombing of Gaza or the killing of the buffalo, or the elimination of the huge acorn groves in California's pioneer era when other eliminations took place.
