As of the time I am posting this, Fulford's entire 10/18 newsletter is open to everyone on his website, even non-subscribers. Therefore I am posting it in full today instead of on Thursday. If they restrict it later, well, that's closing the barn door after the horse is gone, as my mom used to say.
