Fulford posted that the transfer of well equipped tanks to Ukraine might be a technology transfer. Russia is reportedly offering a $71K bounty for the first captured or disabled tank plus $7.1K for subsequent units. Sounds like they really only need the first one for reverse engineering but maybe a few more in case that first one is damaged.
Brandon abandoned (disposed of) many tons of weapons and military equipment in Afghanistan. Mostly likely obsolete compared to the latest and greatest stuff but the underlying tech has many other applications.
Modern weapons are never sold or released to friends and enemies until the next generation weapons are ready to move into production. WW2 ended when nukes were demonstrated in 2 massive scare events and a new paradigm began. Conventional weapons were sold and distributed around the world for local skirmishes but nukes were tightly controlled. No more kinetic world wars or the slate gets wiped - scorched earth and Mutually Assured Destruction.
Conventional weapons will no longer be of great value if GESARA takes hold - no more big wars. Future Earthlings will likely be fighting Milley's Little Green Men or ETs, not each other, at least not on a huge WW scale.
So, what's the latest and greatest? Remember the 2020 Nashville bombing, that attack on the AT&T data center? Was it a Laser/DEW weapon? Who needs tanks when you can blast away (or burn down entire neighborhoods) from a drone, plane, satellite, or Space Force UFO?
