Patience - The Precipice is a ways off. Financial hiccups are only a subset of events.
IMO, NESARA is a concept, a set of guidelines, a hopium psyop to front run the narrative and get the chatter started early. Notice that Trump's tariffs have mostly settled at 15%. NESARA hints that Income Tax will be replaced by a 15% national sales tax. As a tariff don't expect the 15% tax line on cash register receipts because collection is handled by Customs at the ports. No citizen paperwork, no need for IRS retraining into sales tax duties. The Constitution's original intent was to prevent direct federal taxing of citizens. Most of the world is on board with tariffs because financial collapse of the US means they collapse as well. Think BIG, BIGGER.
World leaders have been traveling to Trump individually to make tariff deals. This is likely cover for receiving their super secret final script and instructions before the final big events. The plans cannot be trusted to fragile human couriers or electronic coms. Tariff negotiations would not typically justify super secret face to face communications.
