From Jeff - DEWs From Orbit or Airplane? Texas DEWs?

I have been wondering if the DEW fires were from space (satellite or UFO) or from low altitude (airplane or UFO).  If this video is real I have a possible answer but this laser is green and there is no mention of it causing fires.  DEW fires are likely caused by blue lasers.  In the video the laser sweeps across the land in such a manner that the point of origin must be low altitude - less than an orbiting satellite. Avoiding a hit on Oprah's Maui house from orbit would require incredibly accurate targeting.
