Is it almost time??? Release The Militias with (pending?) Letters of Marque and Reprisal? Expand into bounty hunting for illegal immigrants?  Could be just like back in the day - emergency force multiplication. Perfect timing if DHS does not get their allowance funded by midnight tomorrow, Friday The 13th. Airports, ports, and border crossings could be shut down reducing avenues for bad guys bugging out. A vague rhyme with 1307?
