Today I received a Commemorative 2025 Inauguration Invitation in the mail with (Jacksonville) presorted postmark, "THE CITY OF WASHINGTON" in all caps - pdf scans attached. It almost reads as if another inauguration is forthcoming but it does not. Does the all caps biz suggest the city is now a different CORPORATION from DC?
Will we ever know officially what is and has been happening in "DC"?
