Both are decorated soldiers. Both are educated and mentally stable. Both have seen peace, and war. Both have seen poverty or at least not a silver spoon in their mouth. Both had to follow orders, but yet were born to lead. By being soldiers they know and appreciate the culture of others. In a fox hole you don't ask is he black, or Asian or white or male or female. You are an American! Your mission is the same goal.
Both are technology savvy, needed in this AI and cyber attack futuristic world. We need that type of leadership.
Keep Rubio as Secretary of State. He has publicly stated he loves what he does and doesn't want to run.
