  • Democrats narrowly retain control of the 50-50 Senate, with VP Kamala Harris breaking tied votes.

  • "Elections have consequences," Graham said, as Dems may not need Republican votes to replace Breyer.

Following reports that liberal Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer plans to retire at the end of this term, Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina said Democrats would likely be able to confirm his replacement without any Republican support, adding that "elections have consequences."

Response: 'Morning Jack.

The key issue in this propaganda war is the phrase in the above article “plans to retire at the end of this term . . “ The current SCOTUS term ends October 3, 2022. That’s a long way off in today’s war climate. Source

Next we have to go back to our definitions of De Jure verses De Facto.

De Jure means “Legal”. Source De Facto means Not Legal but accepted. “In fact, in deed, actually. This phrase is used to characterize an officer, a government, a past action, or a state of affairs that must be accepted for all practical purposes, but is illegal or illegitimate. Thus, an office, position, or status existing under a claim or color of right, such as a defacto corporation.” Source

Therefore, De Facto means whatever they can shove down our throats, as they have been doing for years, and we have been allowing for years.
