So it started in 2012? Interesting.......I thought that was when the downfall accelerated with our country when Obama was installed. Things seemed to go south very quickly. I always considered him an Evil demon if not the Devil himself.
I had a dream last night about this very thing. I'm still left wondering how everything would transition from what we have now to what it would be like to go back to being a true Republic. How do all of the bureaucratic agencies become null and void? How do income and property taxes just disappear? Will there be any small business left or will all businesses be evaporated? Do people then just run their own business as they see fit without any oversight from anyone? How would the courts work regarding criminal court, family services, etc? How would laws be handled, especially criminal law? I don't see any need for divorce court b/c I think a marriage is between 2 people and God.....but there are assets that would need to be divided as well as child placement. However, I supposed that is not any of the govt' business.
I think I read with devolution, the only tax would be a sales tax on new goods only. That's it. I think it was something like 10%. I still think that's too high. If we didn't get involved in foreign matters and could jettison most govt' workers and govt' agencies then we really wouldn't need much for tax to run the small govt'.
I also wonder what would happen to cash that people have on hand. Again, I think I read in a 'devolution' thread that there would be a buy back period where people could exchange the cash they have today for the new silver backed currency that would emerge. There would be a period of a couple of years in which to make the complete transition without the govt' knowing how much cash or who exchanged it. I would guess that business transactions could still be made with cash and the banks could then transition it like they do with newly minted dollars, but that's just a guess on my part.
I don't know. It's a lot to wrap my head around, but I hope to be able to see it all come to fruition. I do think that the US debt has been run into the ground on purpose. I have a gut feeling that something huge is just around the corner. I think this time next year will look much different than it does today.......I'm just not sure how. However, if we can get rid of all this evil corruption and give the power back to the people, then I'm all in.
I looked at that declaration......way too long for me to absorb. I wish legal speak would go away.

Response: It appears to me that this group got themselves together enough to begin their announcement to the country. It then took them two more years to get their membership numbers together, to plan their announcement and meet with the Military perhaps for assistance. That began in 2010 and culminated in the 2012 Service of Notice.
You asked a million questions in Paragraph 2, with those same questions driving me crazy the past 15 years. This was mostly from guilt in our original failure to complete that planning.
Here is what I will call the John Paul Jones problem. During the American Revolution, Jones took on a fight with a much larger English ship, the Serapis. His smaller ship was getting the devil kicked out of it.
So Jones grappled the two ships together and attacked its deck with his crew. Jones' ship, the Bohomme Richard was no longer sea worthy, so he transferred his flag to the Serapis.
We still have this problem with the governments. Once we see the collapse I am certain that the Military will step in and offer suggestions from their gaming the problem. But until the collapse occurs, they MUST remain in the shadows as the Restored Republic must be a grass roots operation.
So, the big question is will the Restored Republic commandeer the infrastructure of the Corporate government and start from there, OR will it start from anew?

If we Commandeer, we must then remove many laws and govt. departments not existing in 1858
(the last Constitution prior to the Corp Government). This would be Devolution at its worst.
If we start anew, we create the government leaving out what is not needed.
We simply let the Corp Govt go bankrupt, letting all of its promises and obligations die with it. This would be similar to the Confederate Government vanishing at the end of the Civil war.
Nevertheless, both methods will cause chaos in our country and the world as a transition occurs.
But Note Well: The chaos is the citizens guarantee that the banksters are not creating another trap that they will control.
If there was a canned system on the shelf ready to go instantly, that would be a trap by the Elite to stay in power.
